In the 5th and final ODI between host West Indies and Australia will be played at at Warner Park, Basseterre, St Kitts, on Sunday, 6th July, 2008. Australia looking for the clean sweep after a thrilling 1 run win on the last ball of the inning in the 4th ODI at some ground.

West Indies tried hard to bounced back in the 4th ODI and chased well until last ball, and now they will avoid clean sweep of the series at home ground. WI replaced Jermain Taylor with debutant Nikita Miller.

Australia leading the series by 4-0 and looking for clean sweep. They won the nail bitting 4th ODI in the absence of captain Ricky Ponting.
