England vs South Africa 2nd Test Live Score - Flintoff back


2nd test match og the 4 match series between host England and South Africa is going to start today, Friday 18th July, 2008 at Headingley, Leeds. South African captain Graem Smith won the toss and elected to bat first.

England will be happy as all rounder Andrew Flintoff has come back in the test time after a long injury. England dominated the first three days of the 1st test match due to fine batting by Pietersen and Ian Bell and good bowling by Monty Panesar.

Darren Pattinson who has just 11 first-class matches will make his test debut as Ryan Sidebottom hasn't recovered from his back problems, while Paul Collingwood's run of 33 consecutive Tests has come to an end.

South Africa bounced back strongly in the 2nd inning of 1st test after follow on thanks to brilliant batting by 3 top order batsman, Graem Smith, Neil McKenzie and Hashim Amla all scored centuries.
