Australian Test Team, Squad for Series against India - Marsh, Cowan in, Hughes Khwaja out

Australian selectors announced team for the Boxing Day 1st test match and included century maker in the practice match Ed Cowan, Shaun Marsh who has to prove his fitness before the match and fast bowler Ben Hilfenhaus, while dropped opener phlip Hughes and Usman Khwaja from the team played against New Zealand.

Opener Shane Watson and bowler Ryan Haris was unavailable due injury. Allrounder Daniel Christain also awarded a brth for his good form and support young pace attack of Pattinson, Starc, Siddle, Hilfenhaus and off f spinner Nathan Lyon.
