Gambhir scored century in 2nd ODI of CB Series - India 267-4 in 50 Overs


India have scored a brilliant recovery to get to 267 for four after they were reduced to 83 for four at one stage, thanks to Gautam Gambhir and Captain Dhoni with unbroken pertnershi of 184 in just 175 balls.

Gambhir hit a brilliant century (102 off 101 balls) in the final year of the inning and Dhoni scored a half century ( 88 off 95 balls).

Gambhir was dropped when he was in single digit, and he scored his third ODI century. India were reduced to 84-4 after 21 overs after a good opening pertnership of 68 between Tendulkar and Sehwag.

Tendulkar scored 35 and Sehwag scored 33. Yuraj Singh and Rohit Sharma got out in the same over of Murlitharan.

For Sri Lanka, Muralitharan took 2 wickets, Malinga and Amerasinghe got 1 wicket each.

Target for Sri Lanka is 268 in 50 with an average of 5.4
