Bangladesh vs UAE - Asia Cup 1st Match Live Score at Lahore

The 1st and opening ODI of Asia Cup will be played between Bangladesh and United Arab Emirates (UAE) of Group A at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, on Tuesday, 24th July, 2008 at 3.30 PM IST. Six teams are participating in 2008 Asia cup, in 13 day tournament hosted by Pakistan.

Bangladesh won only 1 match so far in the Asia Cup since their debut against Hong Kong in 2004, and they will try to improve their records. They will be favorite in opening match of Asia Cup. They are looking a place in 2nd round of the tournament.

UAE team is new and has traditionally been almost entirely made up of expats from Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India who are eligible under the ICC's four-year qualification rules.
