India beat Ban by 7 wick, Gambhir hit ton - Ind vs Pak Final


In a one sided 3rd and final league match of Kitply Cup Tri-series, India beat Bangladesh by 7 wickets with 15 overs remaining, at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur, on Thursday, 12th June 2008. Gautam Gambhir hit a brilliant century 107 runs off 101 balls.

Chasing a target of 223 runs India got a flying start by openers Sehwag and Gambhir, put 85 runs in 10 overs. Sehwag scored 32 balls 59 runs with 7 fours and 4 sixes. Gambhir made 107 runs, his fifth ODI century, off 101 balls with 13 fours and 1 six.

Bangladesh is now out of the tournament with two defeat and final will be played between arch rivals India and Pakistan on Saturday, 14th June, 2008 at same venue.
